When I saw the pictures from the Nicholas Kirkwood’s Spring 2009 Collection, I was in total awe of this man! Seriously speaking, my jaw dropped when I saw these pumps. They are beautiful.

Season after season Nicholas Kirkwood’s collections evolve and just keep getting better. And lets not forget that he is the creative genius behind the Rodarte 2009 collection, which is just amazing!
The shoes have a 20mm suede platform, a slightly pointed open toe, and two large round Ayers Snake loops on the toes with round cut-out centers, giving them that ‘Statement look.’ This is true creativity at its best !!!

Talk about creativity, even the late Yves Saint Laurent would be very proud of these Cage boots from his 2009 collection, am sure. What I want to know is the material used to hold these up. We already know they are patent but what keeps them together and from collapsing? They have to be durable and tough enough to hold a foot and soft enough to be comfortable. I am wondering…. if I went outside in the sun wearing these, would they leave tan marks…?!!! Either way…..amazing!!!!

Hot off the runway for the 2009 Spring collection, these Dolce & Gabbana sequined pumps are fun, funky, and very chic. The detail is all in the heels with huge platforms and chunky wedge. I cannot imagine how one will be able to walk in this because of the flat sole at the bottom. It looks like you might just have to slide along your way……. either way I cannot wait to buy a pair of these.
