Aminaka Wilmont Sole-less Shoes – Spring/ Summer 2009 Collection
London design duo Maki Aminaka (Löfvander)and Marcus Wilmont(Aminaka Wilmont), introduced their sole-less shoes in london last week during London Fashion week. The designers skipped their shoes’ soles altogether during the catwalk presentation and although the shoes are edgy and unique, I don’t know how many of us ladies would dare walk outside, on dirty pavements with bare feet!?
Well with a good pedicure, anyone can carry off this look. Beauty hurts!!!
As two of my readers, M.Vandestouwe and my sister pointed out, this look has been done before by Dutch designer Eelko Moorer in 2003 (below). So lets just say, its been re-cycled.

Creative, but what woman in their right mind would wear these just to get their feet all nasty? An intresting spin on high heels, but at the same time disgusting.
