I first blogged about these back in January when they first hit the stores, in an off-ish grey colour, and sold -out in record time. I loved them then and I love them even more now in black. They also come in a knee height boot verson.
That whole ‘egyptian mummy’ look just makes them so unique and you will not go wrong if you throw them on with a pair of skinny jeans or tights.

The boots have a 90mm leather covered wedge and a 20 mm platform, crisscrossing and cut-out wide leather straps and a back zip closure.

The heel is 105mm high but the platform at the front will make you stand tall over the competition while maintaining perfect balance. They also have a zip on the back for easy slip on and a snug fit!

I so loved these Givenchy slick black and gold patent wedge boots with their tab-and-Velcro fastenings when they first came out last year in the Fall 2008 Givenchy collection but did not have enough money to buy them then. Now, one of my best kept little secrets is stocking these shoes.

I have fallen hard for these fierce and edgy Nappa Open-toe Platform Lace-up Shoes by Givenchy. Am sure they will be a bestseller. What I like most is that they have that victorian style look to them and will be perfect for adding a toughening look to pretty summer dresses, jeans, leggings, shorts or skirts.
