Alexander McQueen Fall 2009 Shoe Collection
When I saw the Alexander McQueen Fall 2009 Shoe Collection, I thought, who in the world is going to wear this horrible collection. I thought that the whole collection was ridiculous and ugly, and the shoes looked like novelty shoes. They are good to look at but never to wear. Then I took a closer look.
The look is purposely horrifying and if you look beyond the impracticality of the shoes and ignore the whole hoop-la going on with the models (i.e the big lips, big hair, feathers, crazy makeup, etc) you will see wonderful creations.
Infact Nina Ricci presented something similar for her Fall 2009 shoe collection.
