The combination of a big name of international pop art – an artist that has turned few, simple shapes into a success that is still big today – and a very creative designer specialized in jewel-like shoewear has resulted in a playful and refined collection in which the shoes, thanks to a cascade of Swarovski crystals and deep colors, become a work of art themselves. This is the Keith Haring by Nicholas Kirkwood collection: the models, undoubtedly fashionable, are the expression of Eighties’ New York street culture and of Kirkwood’s passion for complex architectures.
The shoe models are evidently inspired by the US artist and writer: sculpture-like heels that embellish a pair of suede pumps; bows, straps, Plexiglas heels and, moreover, vibrant shades such as yellow, red and electric blue.

Browns & Laurence Decade Event.
Laurence Decade is a Parisian luxury accessories designer who launched her eponymous line in 2003. Decade’s shoes are sexy and elegant while being chic, but never boring.
Nathalie Rich-Fernandez is a French photographer and plasticienne. She studied in Paris, at the Art School Peninghen and painting at Les Beaux Arts.
An artist with multiple facets, her work is exposed all over Europe…. in France, Switzerland, Spain, Portugal… Nathalie has done several commissioned works among which are the Givenchy Building in Paris, a fresco for the Robert Debre Hospital in Paris and a collaboration with Hermes in designing one of their scarf print, (as seen in photo).
The meeting of Nathalie Rich-Fernandez and Laurence Decade has given birth to an exclusive collaboration for a collection of 12 Unique pairs of wooden platform shoes that are one-of-a-kind editions.
On the shoe design of Laurence Decade’s wooden high heels, Nathalie has painted the base of the shoes in her individual style………. the result is a 70′s inspired work of art on the shoe melding the art of both designer and artist.
This synergy of sculpture, painting, energy and passion represents Laurence Decade’s belief and ongoing quest for beautiful collaborations.

Shoes, like jewellery or sculputre, are very sensual objects. My goal is to make shoes for Cinderella, but sexy, with a touch of the French.
