Jimmy Choo Samos Leather and Wood Platform Sandals

Yes I know, it is way too early to start thinking of summer 2012 but I just had to share my new obsession – neon and natural fibres in the form of these gorgeous Jimmy Choo Samos Leather and Wood Platform Sandals.

My pick of the day, these bright yellow-detailed platform sandals are an extra modern way to wear the look. Colour-blocked material in contrasting suede and leather lends an eye-catching edge to short shorts and metallic-dusted knits.

Jimmy Choo shoes are nutmeg leather, black suede, and yellow patent leather sandals with a wood heel that measures approximately 5 inches and a 1.25 inch wood-effect cork platform. They also have a gold-toned buckle at the side, crossed strap at the back, leather upper, in-sole and rubber sole.

The sandals run slightly small – so I recommend trying one half size larger.

ALAIN QUILICI – 135MM NAPPA OPEN TOE SANDAL WEDGES

We are loving these statement Alain Quilici 135mm Nappa Open-toe Sandal Wedges. The wedge heel that meets the platform sole is unique and somewhat makes them look like skates. I don’t know how comfortable these shoes are and if they are comfortable, I am sure that the skate heel is not the easiest to manoeuvre with.  I would not want to imagine what would happen if one lost their balance wearing a pair of these but if preggars Beyonce can wear them, I guess so can we all.

Alain Quilici Shoes have a carved wood high heel that measures approximately 5 inch and a 1 inch wooden platform, leather straps with snap button closures, a side zip closure, open-toe and leather innersole.

I am investing in these arresting suede platform moccasins by Tokyo-based designer Mihara Yasuhiro because I can totaly see myself wearing them to work and transitioning them for an evening look when am going out for after-work drinks. They are ladylike, utterly modern and define modern womenswear with a clean and polished unavoidable directional flair.

The shoes are black suede platform moccasins with wooden soles. We all agree that shoes play a major role when it comes to putting together an outfit that will get the crowds talking, right?!
Well we have just the pair for you…. these  ‘o.t.t.’ S/S 2011 platform sandals from Italian luxury fashion house of Fendi. They are colourful, fun, chunky, eye-catching and  definately on trend for the season.
